Docket No. PRM-51 -10 I urge you to support the MASSACHUSETTS ATTORNEY GENERAL'S PETITION to the NRC for RULEMAKING to require a "HARD LOOK" at the VULNERABILITY of

.VERMONT YANKEE, PILGRIM and other reactors FUEL POOLS to TERRORISM and ACCIDENTS.

In this post 9/11 era, it is unacceptable to ignore the danger of potential terrorist attack at any nuclear facility. The Massachusetts Attorney General's petition should be accepted for review and must become regulation.

Please let the citizens know you have respect for our absolute needs.

Now is the time to replace those at the NRC who repeatedly vote in favor of the nuclear industry. Instead, we need those in power to show respectful, watch-guard attentiveness, those who will take our concerns seriously and the dangers of nuclear threats with no glib toss of the head Thank you, Nina Keller DOCKETED USNRC January 8, 2007 (10:21 am)
