Dear Mr. Dean:
The referenced letter transmitted the Confirmatory Order, which confirmed commitments made by ExeJon Generation Company. LLC (Exelon) to the NRC involving two NRC investigations.
Exelon and NRC agreed to these commitments in an Alternate Dispute Resolution session conducted on September 3, 2009.
This letter complies with Section V.S of the Confirmatory Order,which requires Exelon to notify
