Dear Mr. Sanford:
On August 5, 2010, you transmitted License Amendment Request (LAR 10-11), requesting review and approval of Revision 2 to the Enrichment Technology, United States (ET-US)
Incorporated System Security Plan (SSP). Revision 2 is Attachment 3 to the ET-US Standard Practices Procedure Plan (SPPP) for the Protection of Classified Matter System Security Plan, and was reviewed by staff from the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and the U.S.
Department of Energy (DOE). On October 27, 2010, you submitted a response to an NRC request for additional information (RAI) dated October 5, 2010. On September 13, 2010, you transmitted License Amendment Request (LAR-10-12) requesting review and approval of Issue 4 to the ET-US SPPP for the protection of classified matter.
