NRC-DR-09-09-317 Modification Four Page 2 of 2 The following changes are hereby incorporated into Task Order No. NRC-DR-09-09-317:

1. In accordance with Clause A.19 - 52.217-9 Option to Extend the Term of the Contract (MAR 2000) CLIN 003 - Option Year 2 is hereby exercised. The period of performance for Option Year 2 is January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2011.

2. The task order ceiling is hereby increased by $190,460.00 from $359,180.00 to

$549,640.00.

3. Clause A.2 - Consideration and Obligation - Labor Hours o Item (a) - The dollar amount is hereby changed from $359,180.00 to

$549,640.00.

4. Clause A.4 - Period of Performance Delete the first sentence and replace with the following: "The delivery order shall commence on award date and will expire on December 31, 2011."

5. The following clause is hereby incorporated into the task order:

"A.19 - AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS (APR 1984)

Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer."

6. All other terms and conditions of Task Order No. NRC-DR-09-09-317 hereby remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
