NRC STAFF CERTIFICATION OF LICENSING SUPPORT NETWORK SUPPLEMENTATION By Order, dated July 2005, as modified by Orders dated February 9, 2006 and July 6, 2007,1 the Pre-License Application Presiding Officer (PAPO) Board required that after a Licensing Support Network (LSN) participants initial certification of its LSN collection, and after the Department of Energy (DOE) certifies its LSN document collection, each LSN participant shall, on or before the first of each month, certify on a monthly basis that it has duly supplemented its LSN collection with any additional documentary material discovered or created after the time of its initial certification. The jurisdiction of the PAPO Board was terminated on June 5, 2009. Sixth Case Management Order (Regarding State of Nevadas Access to Classified Information, dated June 5, 2009 (unpublished), at 12. However, the continuing monthly certification requirement remains effective. NRC STAFF CERTIFICATION OF LICENSING SUPPORT NETWORK SUPPLEMENTATION By Order, dated July 2005, as modified by Orders dated February 9, 2006 and July 6, 2007,1 the Pre-License Application Presiding Officer (PAPO) Board required that after a Licensing Support Network (LSN) participants initial certification of its LSN collection, and after the Department of Energy (DOE) certifies its LSN document collection, each LSN participant shall, on or before the first of each month, certify on a monthly basis that it has duly supplemented its LSN collection with any additional documentary material discovered or created after the time of its initial certification. The jurisdiction of the PAPO Board was terminated on June 5, 2009. Sixth Case Management Order (Regarding State of Nevadas Access to Classified Information, dated June 5, 2009 (unpublished), at 12. However, the continuing monthly certification requirement remains effective.
