ORDER Ten individuals1 are seeking an extension of the December 30, 2010 due date to file comments and/or a request for a hearing on this radioactive waste import application. These individuals request a 45-day extension because the existing deadline falls in the middle of the holiday season. EnergySolutions opposes the extension on both procedural grounds and because they believe these individuals have not established good cause for the extension. | |||
After reviewing the pleadings, I am granting, in part, the extension request for these ten individuals by extending the December 30, 2010 due date to January 18, 2011. | |||

ORDER Ten individuals1 are seeking an extension of the December 30, 2010 due date to file comments and/or a request for a hearing on this radioactive waste import application. These individuals request a 45-day extension because the existing deadline falls in the middle of the holiday season. EnergySolutions opposes the extension on both procedural grounds and because they believe these individuals have not established good cause for the extension.
