FW: Draft Indian point opinion Dara Julie would like more time to finish the draft biological opinion.

I have some concern if by "towards the end of that week" she means Friday close of business.

Both Entergy and NRC need time to comment and get back to NMFS in time that NMFS can then incorporate the comments and produce the final. I will be out of the office the week of November 12 to 16, and that put some time constraints on our review here at NRC.

2 I think that for NRC, a delay of only a day or two would make little difference.

I plan to express the concern above to NMFS. Do you have any further concerns with NMFS proposed delay?
