A new defined term, INSERVICE TESTING PROGRAM, is added to TS Section 1.1, Definitions. The proposed change to the TS is consistent with TSTF-545, Revision 3, TS Inservice Testing Program Removal & Clarify SR Usage Rule Application to Section 5.5 Testing. | |||
The NRC staffs proposed no significant hazard consideration determination was published in the Federal Register on November 22, 2016 (81 FR 83874) and is attached for your convenience. | |||
