CHAPTER 17 QUALITY ASSURANCE 17.1 QUALITY ASSURANCE DURING DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION This section is not applicable to the FSAR.

17.2 QUALITY ASSURANCE DURING THE OPERATIONS PHASE Reference 1, FPL Quality Assurance Topical Report (QATR), describes the methods and establishes quality assurance program and administrative control requirements which comply with the criteria of 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, and meets the requirements of Regulatory Guides and industry standards.

Reference 2 transmitted the NRC Safety Evaluation that documented approval of the QATR at St. Lucie.

NOTE: All future proposed changes to this section shall be reviewed/evaluated pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(a).
