The changes include updated submittal of. additional information, and additional changes to address the comments received from NRC's staff, by telephone, on the February 8, 1979 submittal of the January 31, 1979 revision.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790, we request that the enclosure be considered Proprietary and withheld from public disclosure.
