REQUEST TO WITHHOLD PROPRIETARY INFORMATION FROM PUBLIC DISCLOSURE In an affidavit dated May 25, 2017, Stanley Stearns, President and Radiation Safety Officer for Valco Instruments Company, Inc. (Valco) requested that the technical drawings marked PROPRIETARY in red capital letters included in the attachment of the Valco application dated May 31, 2017, be withheld from public disclosure. Staff reviewed the application and did not find any documents marked PROPIETARY. Staff attempted to contact Valco staff in an email dated February 1, 2018, however the NRC has not received a response.
