Meeting to Discuss Risk-Informing Security Date of Meeting: July 23, 2019 Location: NRC Headquarters, Commissioners Hearing Room Type of Meeting: Category 2 Purpose of the Meeting: Discuss current and future activities related to risk-informing security On July 23, 2019, U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff conducted a Category 2 public meeting with external stakeholders to discuss risk-informing security. Approximately 26 people participated in the meeting, with six of them participating via teleconference. The staff presented current NRC activities that use risk insights in the security program and requested input and feedback from the industry and other stakeholders to help inform ongoing and future efforts to risk-inform security. The meeting notice and agenda are available in the Agency-wide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) at Accession No. ML19203A067. A list of attendees is provided as Enclosure 1 within this summary.
