LICENSE This answer is filed on behalf of Metropolitan Edi-son Company, Jersey Central Power & Light Company and Penn-sylvania Electric Company (Applicants) in response to the Notice of Hearing on a Facility Operating License issued by the Commission in this proceeding on February 20, 1973.
APPLICANTS' ANSWER TO NOTICE OF HEARING ON A FACILITY OPERATING. LICENSE This answer is filed on behalf of Metropolitan Edi-son Company, Jersey Central Power & Light Company and Penn-sylvania Electric Company (Applicants) in response to the Notice of Hearing on a Facility Operating License issued by the Commission in this proceeding on February 20, 1973.
Applicants will appear at the hearing to be held and scheduled in accordance with the Notice of Hearing and will present evidence in support of the continuation of Appli-cants' construction permit and of the issuance of an operating license with respect to such issues as may be specified by the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board pursuant to the Notice of Hearing.
