Ginna Nuclear Power Plant experienced arupture of a steam generator tube. Shortly after the event, ChairmanPalladino directed that a task force be established to gather and reporton the factual information surrounding the event.The task force has now completed its investigation and has documentedthe factual information and their findings associated with the event(See Enclosed NUREG-0909).This report is being provided for your information only.
