Chancellor (interim) - Dr. Larry K. Monteith Dean of the College of Engineering (interim) - Dr. James K. Ferrell Nuclear Engineering Department Head (acting),- Dr. Thomas S. Elleman Director of the Nuclear Reactor Program - presently being recruited

Chancellor Monteith was previously the Dean of the College of Engineering at i

North Carolina State University. Dean Ferrell was previously Associate Dean for

,4 Research in the College of Engineering. A permanent Nuclear Engineering Department, Head has been chosen (subject to final approval by the university's 3

. administration) and will likely arrive at North Carolina State University during April of 1990. Finally, a search is underway for a new Director of the Nuclear Reactor Program, with the final decision on this position to occur after the new Department j
