Under separate cover, we are transmitting Amendment No. 37 to the Appli-cation for Licenses for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station Unit No. 1.

This Amendment consists of Revision No. 21 to the Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR). Three (3) original and twenty-five (25) con-formed copies of the transmittal sheet are included together with sixty (60) copies of Revision 21 to the FSAR.

i This revision includes the changes reflecting the modified surveillance tube design and surveillance specimen program.

Also included as part of this Amendment is the submittal of three (3) copies of new and revised detailed EI&C drawings.
