Jablon and James Carl Pollock raspectfully request that they be removed as attorneys of record in the above captioned proceedings with respect to the non-party municipals of Chelsea, Hart, Paw Paw, St. Louis, and Sturgis, all in the State of Michigan. This petition is filed at the request of these five municipalities.

Inasmuch as we continue to re spres ent 16 other non-party municipals whose interests may be affected by any orders, rulings, decisions or information concerning the 5 non-party municipals , we respectfully request tha t we be served with one copy of all documents pertaining to these municipals which we no longer represent.
