In accordance with the anticipated :,chedule provided to the Board and the parties during the meeting held on January 15, 1981 to discuss the hearing schedule for management capability / technical resources issues, enclosed are the testimony of Dr. Robert Long and Mr. Robert Keaten, and the testimony of Mr. William S. Lee on the subject of Licensee's response to the TMI-2 accident.

Both of these piecec of testimony are responsive to the tenth issue identified by the Commission in its March 6, 1980 Order, CLI-80-5.
