Eisenhut's letter of December 9,1980 concerning the ratings given to evacuati~ time estimate studies in the Surry Power Station Emergency Plan pleas be advised that the company has had a consultant do additional studies of this matter. This study has been included in the recently revised Surry Emergency Plan which will be implemented on April 1, 1981 and a copy has been given to the State Office of Emergency and Energy Services in order to incorporate the data in the Commonealth of Virginia Radiological Emergency Response Plan. We believe this etudy to be comprehensive and fulfill the requirements of Revision 1 to NUREG-0654 Appendix 4 If you have any further questions in this matter,please contact Mr. P. R.
