This is to update you on the status of the staff review of SNCs alternative request IST-ALT-01, dated October 31, 2019.

At this time, the staff is considering authorizing the alternative for the first 10-year interval of VEGP Unit 4, rather than the life of the plant.

Please contact me if SNC would like to discuss this matter at a future public meeting.
