NIPSCO's Third Set of Interrogatories.
The justification offered for that extension is no more persuasive than the justifications offered by PCCI for previous extension requests. In fact, it is identical to the excuse stated in PCCI's Motion to extend time to file answers or objections to NIPSCO's Second Set of interrogatories (June 15, 1981). The fact is, of course, that PCCI have not responded in timely fashion to any discovery reque=ts and apparently in-tend to use requests for extension to delay completion of dis-covery.

O.JN NIPSCO's Response in Opposition h JUL 2 71981* ~9 I

to " Motion to Extend Time to v.Ag,7 R s

File Answers or Objections to jjy Third Set of Interrogatories" T@O By Motion dated July 10, Porter County Chapter av Izaak Walton League of America, Inc.; Concerned Citizens Against Bailly Nuclear Site; Businessmen for the Public Interest, Inc.; James E. Newman; and Mildred Warner requested a 21-day extension of time for answering (or objecting to)
