At page 29 of " Florida Cities' Response to Board Questions" (August 7, 1981), Florida Cities stated that they are filing *he testimony of the Staff economic witness and exhibits cited by Opinion 57, for the Board's reference.

As a result of an office error, we failed to do so.

Therefore, we seek per-mission to file such materials today.
