i andtomaintainthesystemcapabilitiesof10CFR74.51(b),the licensee sSall follow its " Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan," revision 2 dated June 16, 1989 and those pages marked revision 3 dated December 18, 1989.

Revisions to this Plan shall be made only ir. accordance with, and pursuant to, either 10 CFR 70.32(c) or 70.34.
