Dear Mr. Ilaynes:
This letter is in response to your November 19, 1981 letter which requested the Authority to inform your office in writing when specified items in Appendix A to the subject letter were completed.
Improvement actions for items 1, 2, 5, 6, 7 and 9 as described in Appendix A to our December 22, 1981 letter (IP-LML-15850) are complete.
Item 3 is com-plete except for the long-range solutions noted in our December 22, 1981 letter.
Item 8 is complete with the exception of radio communication as previously noted in our December 22, 1981 letter and radio-iodine considerations, which will be addrecsed prior to June 1, 1982.
