SUMMARY

OF MANAGEMENT ACTIONS During thi6 reporting period, the District implemented the following measures to enhance the FFD program effectiveness.

j The For Cause test that is followed by a (*) was a voluntary For Cause l

test conducted by managerial and contractor request.

1)

Conducted a procedures conference where the procedures were changed, if necessary, to coincide with current NUMARC/NRC updates.

l 2)

Coordinated with the Nuclear Power Group Training Department to update i

the District's Fitness-For-Duty training program.

3)

Computerized the Fitness-For-Duty office to enhance data retrieval and l

storage.

4)

Conducted 75 pre-employment Fitness-For-Duty screens.

After the St. Louis, Missouri NUMARC conference, the District decided to continue with the 8 penel versus the 5 panel screen, and to continue testing for both urine creatinine and specific gravity.
