TERMINATION OF QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM APPROVAL FOR RADIOACTIVE MATERIAL PACKAGES NO. 0578, REVISION 6
Dear Mr. Shea:
As requested in your letter dated October 10, 2019 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML19287A003), Quality Assurance (QA) Program Approval No. 0578, Revision 6 (ADAMS Accession No. ML062010424), is hereby terminated.
Your general license under Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Part 71, Subpart C, to transport licensed material and your registration as a user of NRC-approved packagings under 10 CFR 71.17(c)(3) are also terminated. Therefore, you are no longer authorized to procure, maintain, repair, or use radioactive material packagings under 10 CFR Part 71.
