. This letter transmits the Permanently Defueled Emergency Plan (PGE-1060) and Emergency Plan Implementing Procedures for the Trojan Nuclear Plant. PGE-1060 replaces PGE-1008, " Trojan Nuclear Plant Emergency Plan," in its entirety.

Attachment I provides a copy of PGE-1060, " Trojan Nuclear Plant Permanently Defueled Emergency Plan." Copies of the procedures implementing the Permanently Defueled Emergency

- Plan are included as Attachment II.
