NRC-32-90-283 Modification No. 8 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to increase the amount obligated in the contract by $30,000.00, from.$346,652.20 to $376,652.20. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:

Section B, Subsection B.3. CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION -- FIRM FIXED PRICE (JUNE 1988), Paragraph c. is deleted in its entirety and the following is suostituted in lieu.thereof:

"c.

The total amount obligated is $376,652.20."

All other terms and conditions of this contract remain unchanged.

A summary of obligations for this contract, from the date of award through the date of this action is provided below:

TOTAL FY 90 OBLIGATIONS:
