We also indicated in Appendix C to the RSE that we intended to verify the reload core design by performance of several tests; one of which was control rod bank work measurements using the rod swap method. The rod swap methodology was submitted to the NRC staff as " Rod Bank Work Measurements Utilizing Bank Exchange May 1982" WCAP-9864 (non-proprietary) and WCAP-9863 (proprietary). TVA intends to utilize and follow the procedures specified by WCAP-9863 for Sequoyah Nuclear Plant unit 1 cycle 2 operations.
