Clinton Power Station Unit 1 Docket No. 50-461 Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) Amendment No. 19 Illinois Power Company hereby files Amendment No. 19, dated October, 1982, for the Clinton Final Safety Analysis Report (CPS-FSAR).
