During a site assessment in December 2019, it was identified that a change to Cooper Nuclear Station's (CNS) emergency plan implementing procedure (EPIP) 5.7.1, Emergency Classification, was not reported to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) within 30 days of the change as required by 10 CFR 50.54(q)(5).
