Midland Plant Units 1 and 2 Ladies & Gentlemen:

The deposition of Sharon Marello originally sche-duled for May 26, 1983 has been continued to accomodate the vacation plans of Ms. Marello's counsel.

A new date in June will be arranged.

The deposition of C1.arles Grant is now scheduled for May 25, 1983 at 8:30 a.m. in the Chicago offices of Isham, Lincoln & Beale.

It should be noted that we were unable to serve Mr. Grant, but he has indicated he will appear on that date.

As Mark Cioni has yet to indicate whether he will appear, the Company will be instituting proceedings to enforce the subpoena served upon him.
