I encourage you to keep the communication lines open to the citizens living in~the area of the Bethesda Naval Hospital.

I understand there has been a continuing dialogue in connection with the re-licensing of the AFRRI Nuclear Reactor facilities, and that the Citizens for Nuclear Reactor Safety, Inc. believe that a creative solution is possible.

I believe that the concerns of the residents are real, as are the needs of the hospital.

I am hopeful that compromises can be effected and urge you to do whatever is necessary to work with the community.
