            .      CG&E has been reviewing prior Nonconformance Reports ('N R's) in the Quality Confirmation Program and other quality reviews.

These reviews occasionally identify conditions which occurred years ago and which may have represented significant deficiencies that were reportable under the requirements of 10CFR50.55 (e) .               In response to 10CFR50.55(e) Item E-44, CG&E committed to identify such significant deficiencies found in these reviews.

The condition described in this report was found in a review of E.J. Kaiser voided NR's E-456 and E-487 dated June 4, 1976 and June 15, 1976 respectively. These NR's identified that wiring diagrams for 4160 Volt Division I switchgear contained errors that resulted in field deficiencies. CG&E has reviewed the two NR's and identified a total of seventy (70) discrepancies. These discrepancies are under evaluation to determine their impact on the safety of plant operations and any required corrective actions. A follow-up report detailing the results of this evaluation will be submitted by January 20, 1984.
