Dear' Sirs:

Attached is the scenario package for the Peach Bottom Atomic

- Station (PBAPS), Units 2 and 3, 1991 Annual Emergency Preparedness Exercise, scheduled for July 31, 1991.

This information is being submitted sixty (60) days prior to the start of-the-exercise in accordance with guidance provided in the referin'ed letter.

This-c exercise is defined as small scale, and therefore will not involve

- any offsite participation.

The referenced letter provides guidance on the submittal of emergency-exercise objectives and scenario guidelines.

Additionally, it specifies that the scenario only should be protected and distribution limited to those individuals identified in. the:. letter.

Accordingly, the attached information will only-be

. distributed to those individuals specified as recipients in the letter and is not for public-disclosure.
