Exercise Report for the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station During a recent administrative review associated with Federal Enemrgency Management Agency (FEMA) exercise evaluation process, we discovered that the report transmitted to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) on the February 18, 1982 Vermont Yankee exercise was in reality a June 9,1982 draf t copy circulated to the FEMA Region I Regional Assistance Committee (RAC).

It was inadvertently forwarded to NRC on December 9,1983 as a final report.

The correct final report for the 1982 Vermont Yankee exercise is dated August 23, 1982. We have attached a copy in case your files have not already been updated to correct the error. We hope this has not caused any in-convenience.

If you have any questions, please contact Mr. Robert S. Wilkerson, Chief, Technological Hazards Division at 287-0200.
