You may like to correct the very minor typographical error on page 18 under Specifications:

(1); the word "preci-pitate" should be changed to " precipitate" The byphen doesn't beloag.

We am happy with the current version of the technical specifications We are uncertain as to how we shouhl t-spond to your suggestion that "the change to licensed power level will be dealt with under separate amendment.. "
