| event text = Haddam Neck Plant reported that a 20 to 30 gallon diesel fuel oil spill occurred in the containment building from an overturned excavator performing decommissioning work in the containment building. The fuel oil has been contained using absorbent material  and there was no release of fuel oil to the environment. No injuries occurred to any personnel. A recovery plan is being formulated by plant management at this time.
