RECORDED BOMB THREAT MESSAGE Tha licensen v.aintains a telephone message recorder for' certain employees at the Sorrento Valley Facility to call in mesesges (sick, car trouble, etc.).                                             The swing shift foreman in routinely checking the tape at 8:15 pm, Dec. 10, 1979 heard a message recorded earlier that day (time unknown) as follows:

        "I just put a bomb in the washroom around the corner from the office of you know who.
The swing shift foreman in routinely checking the tape at 8:15 pm, Dec. 10, 1979 heard a message recorded earlier that day (time unknown) as follows:
The bomb is set to go off at 12:00 tomorrow.                 If you want moge information call -- "
"I just put a bomb in the washroom around the corner from the office of you know who.
(the number.given is a non working nueber previously assigned to the bus terminal in san Diego). A search of areas involved proved negative.
