The spill amount is estimated to be in excess of "Reportable Quantities of Hazardous Waste" per 40 CFR 302.4, which is greater than 1.4 gallons. The actual spill amount is not known, however there is no puddling or runoff. The spill has been reported to the Kansas Department of Health and Environment.
