o NRC-04-90-073 Modification No.10 Page 2 of 2 The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance expiration date from 2/5/97 to 2/5/99 at no change to estimated cost or fixed fee of toe contract.

Accordingly the contract is hereby modified as follows:

1. Section F.6 " Duration of Contract" is hereby modified at no change to estimated cost or fixed fee of the contract to read as follows:

"This contract shall coamence on February 6, 1990 and will expire on February 5, 1999."

All other terms and conditions, including the contract cost and fee ceiling of $333,298.29, remain unchanged.
