The RSO for GeoLogic Associates notified the RHB [Radiologic Health Branch] that a CPN DR-503 hydroprobe #H330306914 (containing 1.85 GBq (50 mCi) of Am-241:Be) was found to be stolen on 12/7/2012. The hydroprobe's Type A transportation case was locked with two padlocks, out of sight in the rear bed of the employee's personal vehicle; a Honda Ridgeline.
