t-e The purpose of this letter is to inform you of the individual examination results for your applicants on the initial 3

examination conducted on October 21-24, 1996, by my staff at your 1

facility.

This meets the intent of section R.1 of the Examiner Standards - (ES 501) in NUREG 1021.

Five applicants were-i administered the examination.

Two applicants passed the

- examination and three applicants failed the examination.

This information is considered to be " proprietary" in accordance with l

10 CFR 2.790 and it supplements the information contained in the l

related examination report for your facility which will be issued j

shortly.

In accordance with your Systems Approach to Training (SAT) Program, we expect that you.will review these results and provide appropriate remedial training for these individuals 4

independent of their overall pass status.
