For those taking the Metro, the Capital Hilton is located two blocks from the Farragut Nonh Metro Stop on the Red Line and two blocks from the McPherson Square Metro Stop on the Blue / Orange Line. REGISTRATION, HOTEL RESERVATIONS, AND MEALS:

A conference registration fee of $160 (tax and gratuity included), payable in advance to The Capital Hilton Hotel, includes two lunches (April 1 and 2), two continental breakfasts (April I and 2), all breaks, and handouts. Lunches both days will be in the Congressional / Senate Room.

Everyone attending the confemnce must register in onier to get a name badge and conference pmceedings.

Onsite Conference registration will commence in Foyer 1 on Monday evening. March 31, from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Registration will resume in Foyer I and on the Capital Terrace on April 1 from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and again on April 2 from 7:00 a.m. until noon. NRC and other metro-politan area government agencies will have a special area for registration. Payment at that time can be cash, credit card, or certified check made payable to The Capital Hilton Hotel. No personal checks will be accepted at the Conference. Meal tickets will be provided with your name badge and registration package upon registration.

TRANSPORTION AND PARKING:

The Capital Hilton Hotel is located at the corner of 16th and K Streets, NW,just two blocks from The White House. For those taking the Metro, the hotel is located two blocks from the Farragut i

North Metro Stop on the Red Line and two blocks from the McPherson Square Metro Stop on the Blue / Orange line. From the Farragut North Metro Stop, take the K Street Exit and walk two blocks east. MEETING ROOMS:

The Presidential Ballroom will be used for the Opening and Closing Sessions, Plenary Sessions, and for the largest breakout sessions. The Congressional / Senate Room will be used for the second largest breakout sessions, and for the lunches on April 1 and 2,1997. There will be a 45-minute break before lunch on April I and 2 to allow the hotel to reset the room from a breakout session to a luncheon setup. During that time (12:00 p.m. - 12:45 p.m.), the hotel will host a free reception in the Upper Lobby / Foyer 2 areas. There will also be a 30-miriute break on April 2 from 2:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.

The Federal A&B Room will be used for the third largest breakout sessions.

Foyer 1 and the Capital Terrace will be used for registration.

A Business Center is located on the Lobby level. Information on the services available will be provided at registration. Attendees will be responsible for payment for any services rendered.

RESTAURANTS:

There are two restaurants plus the Lobby Bar in The Capital Hilton, and there are a number of other nearby restaurants. A list of nearby restaurants will be available in the Continental Room (the Con-ference Message Center).

COPIES OF CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS:

Bound (or other) copies of papers presented at the Conference will be available at registration and in the Conference Message Center in the Continental Room.

CONFERENCE ATTENDEES:

A Preliminary Participant List including the names of people pre-registered as of March 15,1997, will be available at registration. The Final Panicipant List will be completed after the conference and will be available upon request.
