-(3)- : allow for an engineering change'under the subject contract in accordance with Pulsar Data Systems, engineering change proposal and Product Refreshments dated September 11,1997, and revised on September 23, 1997, which are hereby incorporated by reference, to allow for the incorporation of additional equipment in support of the Agency's effort to enhance the-integration of video

- teleconferencing over the existing network infrastructure.

Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made:
