On November 19, 1985, members of the ELD, SP, and HMSS staff met with l

representativesof DOE to discuss Nuclear Assurance Corporationk(NAC) request for NRC's approval of the purchase of NFS, Erwin,, Tennessee.

l It was determined that additional infonnation related to NAC's financial condition is needed to complete NRC's review. The NRC will request this information from the NAC.
