Enclosed for filing with the Commission are 3 originals and 19 copies of Philadelphia Electric Company's Application for Amendment of Facility Operating License DPR-56. This Application requests approval, on an expedited basis, of a temporary change to the Peach Bottom Unit 3 Technical Specifications to permit Unit 3 to continue operating with one diesel generator out of service for no more than fourteen days in lieu of the seven day limit presently contained in the Technical Specifications.
