As co-counsel for thejoint intervenors, U.W.U.A. Locals 369 and 387, we are writing to fomially withdraw the local unions' joint intervention in the above-referenced matter. Both locals and their members have formally ratified their contracts with Entergy Nuclear Generation Company. You should have received an informal letter of confirmation from Francis J. Toland, President of Local 387, via facsimile and mail dated March 26,1999.
As co-counsel for thejoint intervenors, U.W.U.A. Locals 369 and 387, we are writing to fomially withdraw the local unions' joint intervention in the above-referenced matter.
