l The purpose of this modification is to: (1) exercise Option Year Two in accordance with Subsection 1.6 entitled 52.217-9 " Option to Extend the Term of the Contract (MAR 1989) " and

)

(2) increase the contract ceiling amount by $116,365 from $222,764 to $339,129. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:

1.

On Standard Form SF26 (REV. 4-85), AWARD / CONTRACT, ITEM 15G., TOTAL AMOUNT OF CONTRACT, is deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:

"15G.

TOTAL AMOUNT OF CONTRACT

$339,129 (Base Year, Option Year 1, and Option Year 2)"

2.

Under Subsection F.6, " DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD (MAR 1987)

ALTERNATE 4 (JUN 1988)," the paragraph under this subsection is deleted in its entirety and the following paragraph is substituted in lieu thereof:

"The ordering period for this contract shall commence on 5/01/97 and will expire on j

4/30/2000. Any orders issued during this period shall be completed within the time specified in the order, unless otherwise specified herein. (See 52.216 Ordering.)

The term of this contract may be extended at the option of the Government for one additional year.

All other terms and conditions of this contract remain unchanged.

This modification does not obligate any FY99 funds.
