This letter is in response to Chairman Wolfe's letter to me of August 21, 1986.
The Chairman's letter references my letter of August 14th and the documents that accompanied my letter:
a cover {{letter dated|date=June 20, 1986|text=letter dated June 20, 1986}} that had as an attachment a copy of the draft license for Seabrook, and a cover {{letter dated|date=June 26, 1986|text=letter dated June 26, 1986}} that had as an attachment draft technical specifications for Seabrook.
The draft license attached to the June 20th letter was the complete draft license as of that date.
A later draft license was transmitted to the Applicants on August 20, 1986; additional drafts may be developed in the l
future.
Copies of the most recent draft license have been transmitted to the Staff's technical service list.
The draft technical specifications attached to the June 26th letter were not intended to be a complete set of the specifications.
A complete set of j
draft technical specifications was transmitted to the Applicants (and parties to this proceeding) under cover {{letter dated|date=June 18, 1986|text=letter dated June 18, 1986}}.
The technical specifications transmitted on June 26th were either supplements or changes to the specifications transmitted previously; those specifications that were not changed would not have been included in the June 26th package. It is likely that further changes will be made to the technical specifications; such changes would be transmitted to the parties when they are transmitted to the Applicants.
